Mike Albright - General Manager

Mike brings over 23 years of NVH Consulting, Business development and Management experience to Signal.X. His experience spans a diverse range of noise and vibration control issues including Powertrain NVH, Vehicle NVH, Brake noise, Engine accessory noise, Driveline NVH, Test procedure and facility development, Test/CAE Hybrid simulation methods, as well as a host of manufacturing quality issues. Mike holds a BSME from University of Cincinnati and an MSME from Purdue University

Aaron Grzymkowski - Operations Manager

Aaron brings over 12 years of engineering management and software development experience to the company. Aaron's technical portfolio includes in-vehicle toolset development for brake NVH, vehicle dynamics, thermal studies, and powertrain performance, embedded field programmable gate array (FPGA) architectures, software products for chassis dynamics correlation, active suspension system control design, and extensive use of various automotive vehicle protocols Aaron holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan.

John Niezgoski - Applications Manager

John specializes in complex test & measurement system integration using advanced software and hardware architectures such as Compact Fieldpoint, TestStand and the compactRIO architecture from National Instruments Corp. Notable accomplishments include the design and development lead for a commercially successful vehicle-based brake NVH test system, technical oversight for a 100 unit fleet of vehicle dynamics test systems for a major US OEM, as well as numerous custom applications incorporating vision, motion, machine control, rotating machinery and end-of-line production test. John holds a BSME from Michigan State University.
